Refund Policy:

Please note that our candles are handmade and may vary in appearance and have some imperfections by nature. 

At Outdoor Escape Candle Co, all our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded, and all sales are final. The Outdoor Escape is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items once they leave our possession. Should an item get lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Should an item get returned to sender, the customer is responsible for payment of shipping fees. 

If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 48 hours of your order being delivered at sales@outdoorescapecandleco.com
